Mealcraft is a recipe planning and AI-powered cooking assistant that allows users to:

• Scan ingredients
• Save recipes from links
• Generate recipes using AI
• Store cookbook references
• Plan meals
• Create grocery lists

You agree to use Mealcraft only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

You may be required to provide certain information (such as name or email) to use certain features.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity under your account

You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Mealcraft uses artificial intelligence to generate recipes, suggestions, and cooking guidance.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated recipes may contain errors or omissions.
• Nutritional, allergy, or safety information may not always be accurate.
• You are responsible for verifying ingredients and cooking instructions before use.

Mealcraft is not liable for any cooking mishaps, allergic reactions, or health issues resulting from recipe use.

Always use personal judgment when preparing food.

4. Third-Party Links (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Blogs)

Mealcraft may allow you to paste links from third-party platforms.

We are not affiliated with:

• Instagram
• TikTok
• YouTube
• Any blog or recipe website

Due to platform restrictions:

• We may not be able to extract certain content automatically.
• You may need to manually describe the recipe.

We are not responsible for third-party content.

5. User Content

You may upload:

• Images
• Screenshots
• Cookbook entries
• Recipe ideas

You retain ownership of your content.

By using Mealcraft, you grant us permission to process your content solely for the purpose of providing app functionality.

We do not use your content to train public AI models.

6. Subscriptions (Mealcraft Pro)

Mealcraft offers optional paid subscriptions.

Payment Terms:

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID settings.

We do not store payment details.

Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, branding, and software are owned by Mealcraft.

You may not:

• Copy
• Reverse engineer
• Resell
• Modify the app

Without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Mealcraft is not liable for:

• Cooking outcomes
• Ingredient substitutions
• Food allergies
• Health consequences
• Third-party content accuracy
• Service interruptions

Use the app at your own discretion.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using Mealcraft at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally.

We will update the "Last Updated" date accordingly.

Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
